Current Opportunity: Construction Manager

Job Summary:

As a Construction Manager at EnviroSpark Energy Solutions, you will oversee field execution of EV charging infrastructure projects across multiple regions. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. This role emphasizes accountability, field leadership, and performance driven results measured by adherence to budget, quality control success scores, and timely completion of revenue generating projects. You will directly support operational goals and mentor field teams to achieve peak performance.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Construction Oversight

Lead field execution for multiple simultaneous P0 and P1 construction projects from mobilization through operational turnover (OTP).

  • Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Monitor construction progress, manage schedules, and ensure financial discipline by maintaining budget adherence.

  • Drive execution efficiency and identify process improvements in field operations.

  • Quality & Compliance

Ensure all projects pass quality control inspections on the first attempt with a target score of 90% or higher.

  • Implement and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs), permitting compliance, and project documentation standards.

  • Maintain a high bar for construction workmanship and safety culture across job sites.

  • Team & Resource Leadership

Provide direct leadership to General Superintendents and subcontractor crews across regions.

  • Oversee allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to optimize resource use and minimize project delays.

  • Collaborate with Design & Engineering, Procurement, and Program Management teams to resolve construction-related challenges.

  • Performance Management

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time project delivery, budget compliance, and first-pass QC success.

  • Support bonus-eligible performance goals across revenue delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

  • Engage in structured performance review processes, including coaching, PIPs, and continuous improvement practices.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years in construction management, with at least 3 years overseeing multi-site project portfolios, including civil construction and electrical installations (EV infrastructure preferred).

  • Electrical Experience preferred (Journeyman, Master Electrician, or other related role)
