Welder - 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled welder to join our dynamic team on the 1st shift. The role involves MIG welding on various steel and metals, ranging from 1/8th inch to 1/4 inch in thickness. Occasionally, you may be required to weld on stainless steel. You will perform both cosmetic and structural welds, contributing to the manufacturing of storage structures used in libraries and conveying systems. The product sizes vary, which means weld sizes will differ accordingly.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding on steel/metals with thickness ranging from 1/8th inch to 1/4 inch.
+ Conduct cosmetic and structural welds on various products.
+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
+ Utilize welding equipment and tools efficiently.
+ Weld on aluminum and occasionally on stainless steel.
+ Assist in assembling pieces after welding when required.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG welding with some TIG welding experience.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with 1/8th inch to 1/4 inch thin material.
+ Familiarity with welding equipment and tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Welding certificate is required.
+ Experience with structural and cosmetic welding is advantageous.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
