- Lead and manage major electrical scopes on multiple data center buildings.
- Coordinate the installation and fabrication of electrical components, primarily executed off-site.
- Navigate challenging schedules and work closely with demanding general contractors.
- Adapt to evolving project scopes and solve field-driven problems efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Project for scheduling and project management.
- Collaborate with top electricians from Iowa and Minnesota to ensure successful project completion.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial electrical construction on projects over $10 million.
- Strong background in underground utilities and mission-critical infrastructure.
- Strong industrial electrical experience with large-scale industrial or data center projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling and project management.
- Ability to lead both field and office teams in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with estimating software such as McCormick and Procore.
- Familiarity with project controls or scheduling software like Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam and proficiency in computer and spreadsheet applications.
