MIG Welder Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$19.00 /hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 04:30am to 03:00pm)

Perform MIG welding on aluminum cart and table frames following specific sequences and safety protocols

Use hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure precision and quality

Lift and move materials weighing 40 to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area

Assist in other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork

MIG Welder Qualifications:

Must be able to understand and follow safety instructions in English

Ability to MIG weld aluminum with consistent technique and sequence

Capable of lifting 40-50 pounds repeatedly in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and experience using hand tools

No high school diploma required; second interview and 2-year commitment are mandatory

Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
