Forklift Operator/Fabrication Assistant

We are seeking a Forklift Operator / Fabrication Assistant to join our team. This role primarily involves operating a forklift to retrieve materials from the yard, assisting with material handling in the shop, and supporting loading and unloading trucks. Additional general labor duties will be assigned as needed.

Monday -Thursday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM (Enjoy long weekends!)
Competitive Pay: $23.25 ? $25.50 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift to transport materials
Assist in loading and unloading trucks
Move materials efficiently through the shop
Perform general labor duties as assigned
Support fabricators and welders in the fabrication process

Working hours: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Farming background is a plus

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Forklift and material handling experience
Experience working in a manufacturing setting
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Adequate vision, hearing, and physical ability for job duties
Comfortable with kneeling, crouching, and climbing steps
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable & punctual ? Attendance is required
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Knowledge of measuring increments and tape measures (Attention to accuracy is critical)
Must pass a drug and alcohol screening
