Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Structural Steel Location: Remote (Based in the TN) Travel: Occasional on-site project visits (Central/Eastern U.S.)

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale structural steel projects. This is a remote-based position for candidates located in or near the Memphis, TN area , with flexibility for travel to project sites as needed. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing structural steel projects from pre-construction through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of structural steel fabrication and erection projects

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project success

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

• Conduct site visits as necessary to oversee progress and ensure quality standards

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and resolve project-related issues

• Ensure compliance with all safety and industry standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in the structural steel industry

• Proven track record managing large-scale steel fabrication and erection projects

• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to travel to project sites as required

• Located in the Memphis, TN area or willing to relocate
