Position: Construction Project Manager
Location: Pittsburgh area
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage commercial retail construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial retail construction, with a strong background in managing big box projects (e.g., Walmart, Target, Sams Club).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in project management software, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Procore Experience: Proficiency in using Procore construction management software is highly preferred.
• Certifications: PMP certification is a plus.
