Concrete Laborers Needed ASAP Flatwork, Foundations, and Walls
Pay: $25$31/hour (based on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Work Radius: Projects within 35 miles of Seymour, WI (including Appleton and Green Bay areas)

Job Description:
Superior Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Concrete Laborers for commercial flatwork, foundations, and wall projects. These are temp-to-hire positions with consistent work and the opportunity for long-term employment. Qualified candidates will assist with all aspects of concrete construction, including formwork, rebar tying, pouring, raking, and stripping forms. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of commercial concrete experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Set and strip forms for flatwork, foundations, and walls
Tie rebar and install reinforcement according to project specs
Assist with concrete pours: raking, screeding, vibrating, spreading, and basic hand finishing
Transport, load, and organize materials such as rebar, form panels, and tools
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Collaborate with a crew under the direction of concrete finishers and foremen

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial concrete (flatwork, foundations, or walls)
Reliable transportation and basic concrete hand tools
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Willing to travel to job sites within 35 miles (including Appleton and Green Bay)
Job requires proper use of PPE: hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves, and safety glasses
