PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a leading name in the aviation industry, is seeking skilled and motivated Structures Installation Mechanics to join a high-performance team that's building the future of flight. In this hands-on role, your craftsmanship will help ensure the structural integrity and performance of cutting-edge aircraft.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Structures Installation Mechanic, you'll be essential in assembling and installing aircraft structures andponents with precision and care. You'll interpret blues, ensure adnce to specs, and play a direct role in the delivery of safe and reliable aircraft.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Assembling, sealing, rigging, and inspecting structuralponents and subassemblies

Reading and working from engineering drawings, process specs, and quality control documents

Performing fitformfunction tests and corrections

Using shop math and precision measurement tools

Handling routine machine maintenance and TPM duties

Operating fastening and assembly equipment (conventional & CNC)

Performing pressure and vacuum testing, sealing, and doorfuel cell installation

Training and mentoring other mechanics, supporting continuous improvement

Documenting work and moving products through the production process

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

5 - 10 years of relevant structural installation or aviation assembly experience

Previous hands-on experience in structural assembly or mechanical installation

Ability to read blues, charts, and technical instructions

Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments

Strong attention to detail andmitment to safety

Ability to meet physical demands of the role (lifting, standing, movement)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in aviation or aerospace manufacturing

Familiarity with sealing, fuel cell work, or door installation

SIA (Structural Inspection Authorization) qualified

Cross-training in inspection and other specialty skills

CNC equipment experience (less than 3-axis)

Pay Details: $41.00 per hour
