Equipment Operator/Labor - Recycling Facility

Waste Connections is looking for a safety conscious **equipment operator** to join our GROWING team in Apache Junction, Arizona.

**Schedule: M-F 6am-4pm**

**$2,500 STAY ON BONUS**

In this position you will be operating our loader or baler, also along with trucks and smaller equipment at our recycling facility.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:**

Pushing recyclables onto an incline belt

Loading recycle materials in a hopper

Loading dump trucks, open top trailers, and pushing up piles of yard debris

Responsible for equipment inspection

Assisting customers and employees as needed

**MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

Proven experience in operating Forklifts and Balers

Ability to be self-directed as well as work in a team environment

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Must be 18 years of age or older.
