Location: Shreveport

Pay: $20-$25/hr

What You'll Do:

Operate loaders, graders, bulldozers, and more for roadside work

Handle excavation, grading, trenching, andpacting

Follow safety protocols and support your team to hit daily goals

Inspect and maintain equipment regularly

What We Need:

3+ years of heavy equipment experience (roadside work preferred)

Familiarity with DOT and roadway safety standards

Team-first attitude and a strong work ethic

Valid driver's license
