Specialization: OmniStudio / Vlocity / Salesforce Health Cloud
We are actively recruiting on behalf of a leading client seeking a Salesforce Architect to join their dynamic Information Technology Department. This is a remote, full-time position offering a competitive salary up to $185,000+, a pension plan, and excellent benefits.
About the Role:
As a Salesforce Architect, you'll lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutionsincluding OmniStudio and Vlocity for healthcare. You'll oversee a high-performing development team and collaborate across departments to optimize Salesforce for mission-critical business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Salesforce architecture and design strategy across platforms.
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions.
Oversee the Salesforce Development team; provide mentorship and technical guidance.
Design and deliver workflow solutions using Apex, Visualforce, OmniStudio, and J2EE technologies.
Manage application deployment via Gearset and Azure CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze business needs, evaluate existing systems, and improve workflows.
Maintain integrations with external platforms, including MuleSoft.
Ensure documentation, system best practices, and architectural integrity are maintained.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years in systems analysis and design, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, OmniStudio (Vlocity), and Health Cloud.
Skilled in Salesforce architecture, integration, and full-cycle deployment.
Proficient in Agile methodology, DevOps frameworks, and deployment tools like Gearset.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Required Salesforce Certifications:
Advanced Administrator
Service Cloud Consultant
Platform App Builder
OmniStudio Consultant
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Health Cloud Specialist, App Customization, Process Automation, etc.)
Experience with Trailhead Superbadges.
Development experience in .NET (VB.NET, C#), REST APIs, Angular or similar JS frameworks.
