Hours & Pay
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000/year (based on experience)
Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:
As a Master Scheduler, you'll be the backbone of production planning, ensuring resources align with demand and nothing falls through the cracks. You'll be responsible for:
Master Scheduling & Planning:
Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in alignment with demand, capacity, and inventory goals
Adjust plans for changes in material availability, demand fluctuations, or production delays
Own and lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process
Coordination & Communication:
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, sales, and inventory teams
Communicate updates and scheduling shifts clearly and promptly
Ensure production timelines align with customer delivery commitments
Inventory & Capacity Management:
Monitor material and finished goods inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess
Forecast material needs in collaboration with supply chain teams
Evaluate production capacity and recommend schedule adjustments when needed
Performance Monitoring & Improvement:
Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and production efficiency
Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Support lean manufacturing efforts to drive scheduling effectiveness

What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems-NetSuite required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort with data analysis
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP (preferred)
- Experience in lean manufacturing is a plus
