un Full Time Plumber Needed for a Remodeling Company (Des Moines and Surrounding Areas) compensation: To be agreed upon -- 1099 Local construction company seeking Skilled Plumber PLUS Family owned and operated remodeling company that has been in business in the Greater Des Moines area for over 20 years. Required - dependable transportation (truck preferred) with a valid Iowa driver's license Looking for a skilled Plumber that can work on medium to small plumbing projects, PLUS someone that has added value into other trades. Job Requirements - Have a background in PLUMBING and then skilled to do other trade work. - Other trade work including but not limited to: framing, deck work, electrical, drywall, trim, ect.... - Have experience in deck building - Be able to start and finish projects independently, as well as work with other personnel in a safe, organized and enjoyable manner - Snow removal in winter months - Report promptly to work - Apply good customer service and be able to communicate well with a customer - Have and maintain a clean and safe work site - Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule - Be able to work 40 hours per week, with willingness to work extra hours when needed to complete a job before bad weather conditions or taking care of demanding customer situations Please respond by email with a phone number and some information regarding your work experience.
