We are a local Property Management Company with rental properties in RI and nearby MA.
We are looking for a reliable person person to join our team as a Landscaper Laborer. This is consistent year round work, inside and outside.
Typical work for the position:
1. Landscaping and snow removal for several properties: Cutting grass, string trimming, leaf blowing, fall cleanups, snow removal, applying ice melt.
2. Cleaning - cleaning apartments after tenants move out and preparing them for new tenants.
3. Moving appliances into and out of apartments.
4. Light renovations and other projects.
Must have:
1. Valid drivers license, car, cell phone.
2. Must be able to drive to different locations throughout RI and nearby MA.
3. Must speak English.
Good opportunity for entry level or with some experience. Willing to train the right person.
