About the Agency

About the Position

Second-level supervisory position accountable for coordinating and directing of the work of multiple maintenance supervisors. Jobs at this level may oversee more complex work or be required to oversee work in multiple technical areas or departments. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; and performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. Supervision at this level also requires these employees to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen.

Preferred Qualifications

Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency, 7+ years of experience, and 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
