Estimator

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and project schedules.

• Analyze plans, specs, bids, and proposals to determine project scope.

• Collaborate with architects, project managers, suppliers, and subs.

• Evaluate and qualify subcontractors and vendor pricing.

• Conduct constructability reviews and value engineering input.

• Support budget setup and reconcile estimates through project lifecycle.

• Maintain bid systems and manage estimate documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 2-5 years of estimating experience in conceptual/design-build projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and cost analysis.

• Proficient in estimating software and advanced Excel.

• Blueprint reading and BIM knowledge preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
