Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and project schedules.
Analyze plans, specs, bids, and proposals to determine project scope.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, suppliers, and subs.
Evaluate and qualify subcontractors and vendor pricing.
Conduct constructability reviews and value engineering input.
Support budget setup and reconcile estimates through project lifecycle.
Maintain bid systems and manage estimate documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2-5 years of estimating experience in conceptual/design-build projects.
Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and cost analysis.
Proficient in estimating software and advanced Excel.
Blueprint reading and BIM knowledge preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
