Carpenter

We are seeking skilled, dependable carpenters with integrity and a strong foundation in residential construction to join our crew. Our work includes New Homes, whole-home renovations, kitchen and bath remodels, and general home repairsfrom framing, finish work and decks to cabinetry, doors, and windows. If you take pride in your craft and thrive in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do
Arrive on time and ready to work at job sites
Participate in all phases of residential construction and renovation
Follow detailed scopes of work and architectural plans
Apply advanced knowledge of hand and power tools
Embrace new building techniques and continuous learning
Prioritize safetybecause ten fingers are better than nine

What Were Looking For
Proven experience in residential carpentry
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly with team members
Valid drivers license and dependable transportation

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
Comfortable working at heights and on staging
Tolerance for repetitive tasksand even more repetitive jokes

Tools & Equipment
Bring your standard carpenters toolkit (tape measure, square, hammer, etc.)
Cordless drill, impact driver, and skill saw required
We provide large tools as needed (tile saws, chop saws, table saws, etc.)

PPE Requirements
Protective eyewear and ear protection
Gloves
Ankle-supportive work boots
