• Ability to work directly for the hiring organization on a W2 basis
• Experience with construction turnover documentation (as-builts, O&Ms, redlines).
• Experience coordinating between construction and operations teams.
• Experience in data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong familiarity with turnover documentation standards . Ability to anticipate and proactively resolve gaps in turnover deliverables without escalation.
• Project coordination & organization (tracking, scheduling, documentation).
• Technical understanding of construction drawings & turnover documentation.
• Strong communication & collaboration between cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and project management skills

• Experience with large-scale construction projects
• Familiarity with project management software
• Certification in project management or construction management

• Oversee all phases of construction projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Manage project budgets and schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
