We are seeking a seasoned MEP Estimator/Project Manager to support our expanding estimating department during a busy summer season. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly impact project success and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage cost plans and estimates across all project phases.
- Advise clients on cost strategies and market conditions.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders.
- Work on-site in the New York City office to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Estimator in MEP construction.
- Strong understanding of commercial and infrastructure MEP systems.
- Proven ability to develop and manage cost plans and estimates.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software (e.g., Trimble, Bluebeam, CostX, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
