Sr Facility Project Manager Lead Construction is accountable for managing and directing multiple design, construction, renovation and move facility projects from design to completion. Manage facility projects ensuring each is within target budget & delivered on time (schedule and budget). Projects include but are not limited to: prior year carryover projects, new projects for current and upcoming year as well as small moves & support work as needed throughout the year.About This Role:
- Manage and direct multiple design, construction, renovation and move facility projects from design to completion on time and within budget. Additional accountabilities include:
- Ensure projects are executed per the approved designs/plans & aligns to the BU's needs, using appropriate standards, schedules, scopes, budgets, contracts, inventories & documentation.
- Coordinate all parties involved in the planning, design and construction process during project implementation
- Monitor and maintain project budget, scope and schedule; Manage Design documents, correspondence, contracts, change orders, etc. and assemble project resources
- Coordinate vendor/supplier activities; obtain punch list resolution, lien waivers & certificate of occupancy prior to final payment.
- Proactively identify issues & decisions that require resolution to keep the project on track.
- Provide clear, timely and consistent expectations & communication updates
- Use project management tools to successfully manage multiple projects with competing resources
- Manage facility projects ensuring each is within target budget & delivered on time (schedule and budget).
- Projects include but are not limited to prior year carryover projects, new projects for current / upcoming year and small moves & support work as needed throughout the year.
- Collaborate and partner with aligned business units and other stakeholders to develop acceptable solutions and timelines to key initiatives and projects.
- Participate in YE Strategic Summary Forecasting and quarterly division reviews as well as ongoing and ad-hoc project planning activities
- Results driven individual with experience managing complexity across a diverse set of environments
- Continuously meets strict deadlines and produce high quality deliverables, while requiring and motivating others to do the same
- Problem solve and develop solutions to issues with a strategic and execution mindset, critical thinking, that will arise during the roll out of new strategic initiatives and project work.

- Complete special projects as assigned within allotted time frames.
- Required travel of up to 15-20% throughout year as needed
- Plan and allow time for educational seminar/course and/or networking.
- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required. Report any known violations of compliance policy, law, or regulations. Report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Key Skills:
- Excellent working knowledge of project construction budgets and control
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, sketches, drawings, and working systems and components
- Ability to facilitate project planning and design and construction related meetings, presentations, and updates
- Excellent people management skills including resolving conflicts, coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management
- Knowledge of Project Delivery Model and tools to develop and integrate product line functional and space programs, master plans, conceptual designs, project schedules, and agency impact analysis
- Extensive knowledge of facility design and construction processes
- Ability to direct and monitor performance of external service providers, such as architects, consultants, preconstruction service providers, and contractors, throughout each phase of design and construction
- Knowledge in developing preliminary Scope & Project budget estimates
- Proficiency with large-scale relational databases and statistical programs
- Proficiency with process reengineering techniques and tools such as process flowcharts, pareto diagrams, cause-and-effect diagrams, and control charts
Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, design & architecture, or construction management, and/or equivalent experience required
- 7-10 years of experience related to planning and design and construction
- Extensive project management and planning experience
- Demonstrated success in past construction projects of $5 million or more
- Construction management experience preferred
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $80,061.00-$132,099.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
