General Labor Job Overview: We're seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves warehouse operations including inventory handling, shipping/receiving, and forklift operation. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities: Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks, verify product counts, and inspect shipments for accuracy Pick, pack, and stage materials for delivery or storage Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain) Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems a plus Reliable attendance and strong communication skills Benefits: Competitive hourly wage Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Opportunities for growth and advancement Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
