When it comes to construction, we dont just look at whats in front of us. Were creating for whats next. As a Project Engineer on our team in Los Angeles, CA office, youll have an opportunity to work on active projects coordinating the progression of trades and design-field staff. You will participate in Owner/Architect/ contractor meetings follow projects from commencing of construction to occupancy by end users. Based at a client site, you will oversee that all work completed by contractors and consultants is of the highest quality with safety being our highest priority. You will also provide support to the Project Manager by developing and maintaining project cost/change controls, project budget, and change order estimates/negotiations. Through this role you will have the opportunity to work on multiple fast-moving projects and larger, long-scheduled projects. Working together, well help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future - big and small, global and local.

'- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction or related discipline

- 4+ years of project related experience

- Good working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.

Ideally, Youll Also Have:

- Experience with healthcare construction sites (OSHPD1, OSHPD3)
