A growing civil and structural engineering firm is seeking a Structural Engineer in Training (EIT) to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of structural projects, including commercial, municipal, and infrastructure developments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and reviewing structural plans, specifications, and calculations
• Support senior engineers with design tasks for commercial, municipal, and infrastructure projects
• Perform analysis using structural codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC)
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multi-disciplinary project teams
• Participate in field inspections and provide construction support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• EIT certification required, with a goal of pursuing PE licensure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design software
• Strong understanding of structural codes, design standards, and construction practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
