JL Schwieters continues to grow! We are a family owned, Manufacturing/Construction Industry leader for 40+ years. We have jobsites across the metro, framing both residential and commercial properties.

What we are looking for: We need candidates who are looking to start their framing career no experience required.

What else are we looking for in a candidate - Someone who is:

Highly Motivated
Thrives in Production Environments
Great Attendance
Dependable transportation
Valid Driver License
Able to pass a pre-employment physical
Able to read a tape measure
Can use a nail gun/saw
Knows their way around a construction site
Able to lift up to 75 lbs
Ability to Follow Instructions
