Xavy Services is a fast-growing remodeling company based in Colorado, and were looking for a reliable, organized, and construction-savvy Remote Project Coordinator to join our team.

This is a full-time remote position (MondayFriday occasional check in on weekends), perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to manage workers and clients, and can keep projects running smoothly using a CRM.

Job Responsibilities:

-Answer client and worker calls, texts, and emails
-Schedule jobs and follow up on job progress
-Coordinate workers, track job updates, and manage CRM entries
-Help onboard new workers and support internal hiring

Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and keep things moving

Requirements:

-Experience in construction, handyman, or remodeling coordination
-Strong phone and communication skills
-Highly organized and tech-comfortable (Gmail, Google Drive, CRMs)
-Must be self-motivated and dependable
-Based in Colorado preferred (but fully remote)
-Available full-time, MonFri, 7 AM 5 PM MT

Pay:
$25/hour Full-Time 100% Remote
