Carpenter/Handyman

Must have a strong work ethic; a wide range of repair skills; hands on experience in general carpentry; Perform general carpentry work (framing, trim, doors, windows, etc.); Handle small home and property repairs and improvements; Drywall installation and patching; Painting, minor plumbing, and light electrical work; Maintain tools, equipment and job site cleanliness; Complete tasks independently or as part of a team; Must have a valid drivers license; Must have proven carpentry skills and experience with residential or light commercial work; General handyman knowledge (basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.); Ability to troubleshoot and solve your problems on the job; Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality; Must have reliable transportation and basic tools.
