Construction and Landscaping Laborer or Small Equipment Operator

We are looking for hard working employees to join our team.
We install underground tanks and leach fields, do landscaping work, and building construction.

Compensation: $20-$30 starting pay depending on qualifications

Job title: Laborer / Equipment Operator

40-50 hours per week.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
Install septic tanks, leach fields, rain harvesting systems, building, landscaping, weeding, general labor.
Repair pumps and various equipment. (After properly trained)
Excavating, repairing, backfilling equipment, sewer, and electrical lines using hand and mechanical methods.
Communicate with clients in a professional manner.
Communicate with others in company on a daily basis to coordinate work and billing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid, unrestricted, New Mexico Driver License and clean driving record.
Hardworking, self motivated, and detail oriented.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to work alone, and work well with others.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have your own vehicle to get to the office. We provide transportation to and from job sites.
Must be able to operate a variety of hand and power tools.
Must be able to work outside at least 8 hours/day.
Able to read and speak English. Spanish language skills a plus.
Must have your own smart phone.
Must be able to lift 100 lbs off the ground, 50 lbs over your head, and your own body weight as if climbing out of a small access hole.
NO FELONIES. We work for Public Schools and a background check will be performed.
