Bridge Crane Operator (Overhead Crane)

We're seeking a dedicated Bridge Crane Operator to support our structural fabrication operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, takes pride in a job well done, and brings a strong sense of responsibility to every shift.

What You'll Do

* Stage, tag, and document all structural materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the Bill of Lading.

* Safely move and organize steel using overhead cranes and other equipment.

* Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying material counts and conditions.

* Keep the yard and storage areas neat, orderly, and optimized for workflow.

* Perform quality control checks, identifying issues and reporting them promptly.

* Follow all safety protocols and help promote a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications & Skills * Previous experience in material handling required; steel handling experience is highly preferred. * Overhead crane experience is a strong plus. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, physically active environment. * Strong communication skills and the ability to take and give clear direction. * Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
