Job Title : Fabrication Drafter
Job Description : The Fabrication Drafter is responsible for creating plans that facilitate the seamless production of components (puzzles, clues, environments) for all of our customer-facing products. In addition to design, this role will ensure bills of material (BOMs) are updated to reflect design changes. This individual will work within a team context and will receive and consolidate input and feedback from multiple perspectives to ensure we can readily reproduce high-quality items with accuracy and speed. This role will also coordinate with vendors to ensure they have access to the most up-to-date information. Finally, the person who will succeed in this role takes initiative, loves to learn, and is willing to get their hands on problematic items in order to better understand how to fix design challenges.
KPIs:
Output - Help TEG meet and beat production goals
Quality - Ensure produced and installed systems function as intended and provide troubleshooting support for systems that have issues.
Schedule - Help TEG meet and beat schedule/timeline goals

Hours & Schedule:
Expected Weekly Hours: 40; up to 55 if needed
Travel Expectations: None
Expected Schedule: Monday-Friday (exceptions: new store launch, new game installation, emergency maintenance or other emergencies related to your job)
On call: No
Location: Smyrna, TN (1-day per week remote is possible after provisional period and completion of training)
Job Responsibilities:
Update Solidworks models, build docs, and BOMs
Ability to produce new models from hand sketches
Maintain detailed and accurate records (time tracking, queue status/notes/etc.)
Coordinate with team members in Production, Installation, Quality Control, and Game Design
