Were looking for a Maintenance Mechanic who brings a hands-on, solutions-driven mindset to our team. If you have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a desire to grow your career in a production environment, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities.
In this hands-on role, youll be at the heart of keeping our production equipment running safely and efficiently, helping ensure the snacks we make reach tables across North America. You will be working daily to:
Keep Things Running: Perform routine and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
Troubleshoot & Repair: Quickly and safely repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Support Installations: Assist with new equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
Prevent Issues: Proactively identify and report maintenance concerns to prevent breakdowns.
Prioritize Safety: Always follow safety protocols and food quality standards.
Collaborate: Work closely with other techs, supervisors, and production staff to support operations.
Drive Improvements: Look for ways to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance practices.
Be Hands-On: This role involves lifting, crouching, climbing, and working in a dynamic environment.
What You Bring to the Table.
Were looking for a mechanically minded team player with a strong maintenance background and a proactive approach to problem-solving and safety. Youll bring:
23 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, or equivalent training/experience.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems , including pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems.
Ability to read equipment manuals , blueprints, and schematics.
Technical math skills , especially when it comes to gear ratios, motor speeds, etc.
PLC experience is a plus .
High school diploma or GED required .
Ability to work in physically demanding environments (we encounter heat, noise, tight spaces, and heights regularly).
A reliable, team-first attitude and clear communication skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications.
These extra skills arent required, but theyll help you hit the ground running and make an even bigger impact from day one.
MIG/TIG or stick welding experience ; certification preferred but not required.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and food safety protocols (e.g., SQF, USDA, FDA).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call to support the plants 24/7 operations.

Compensation Package : $33.69 - $35.29 USD hourly + bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
Shift Differential Pay : $1.75 per hour
