Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee current automation projects located in Nevada and California. The role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in managing substantial projects and a willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Track costs and budgets to ensure projects remain financially viable.
  • Manage purchasing processes to acquire necessary resources.
  • Coordinate subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Interface with customers to address their needs and project updates.
  • Monitor job inventory to ensure all necessary components are available.
  • Execute site commissioning to ensure operational readiness.
  • Integrate various project components for seamless execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for project tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct project closeout to ensure all objectives are met and documented.
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on projects valued at $500K or more.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, cost analysis, and change order management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Procore software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in e-commerce is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Bluebeam software is advantageous.
Work Environment

The position is based in Las Vegas, with approximately 60% travel required to various work sites along the West Coast. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
