CNC Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking CNC candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the set-up and operations of CNC grinders, lathes, and milling equipment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work from blueprint layouts and dimensions on drawings and read manual gauges. A strong understanding of machining methods and cutting tools is essential, along with the capability to maintain quality production records.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC grinders, lathes, and milling equipment.
+ Work from blueprint layouts and dimensions on drawings.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and shop math.
+ Load, align, and set up machines as per drawing instructions.
+ Maintain quality production records.
+ Utilize statistical process control, CMM measuring, and CNC machining techniques.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC operations.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading and shop mathematics.
+ Knowledge of machining methods and cutting tools.
+ Computer literacy for statistical process control and CNC machining.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with mills, lathes, and grinders.
+ Ability to perform setup and changeovers.
+ Open to working 2nd and 3rd shifts.

The work environment is very clean and climate-controlled, fostering a family atmosphere. Employees work in teams and must be able to give and receive feedback in a collaborative setting. It is crucial to communicate effectively, work diligently, and meet deadlines as the production is engine-ready, ensuring timely product shipment. The dress code includes khakis and Venture polo shirts provided by the company, along with steel-toed boots and safety glasses. Shift hours are 3pm-11:30pm for the 2nd shift and 11pm-7:30am for the 3rd shift.
