General Laborer**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a General Laborer responsible for cleaning at a large data center located in the Dalles. This facility is currently under construction, requiring diligent cleaning efforts to maintain safety and order. Your role will involve wiping down server racks, sweeping, mopping, and dusting the facility. Prepare to be on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day, with opportunities to work at heights of 6-8 feet. Steel toe boots are a requirement for this position.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain cleanliness of server racks and facility surfaces.
+ Perform sweeping, mopping, and dusting tasks.
+ Work on feet for extended periods, up to 10 hours.
+ Operate at heights of 6-8 feet when necessary.
+ Adhere to project timelines, with potential duration of 1 year or more.
+ Complete two new hire orientations on the first day, arriving promptly at 5:45am.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to perform janitorial and sanitation tasks.
+ Capacity to lift up to 50lbs consistently.
+ Customer service skills for interaction within the facility.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with buffers or cleaning equipment.
+ Previous janitorial or sanitation experience preferred.
+ Experience in customer service is a bonus.
