Project Engineer - Ground-Up Construction

Our client is a FL- based and nationally recognized general contractor seeking a Project Engineer with commercial experience to join their growing team. Client Details We are a leading commercial general contractor with a decades-long reputation for delivering high-profile projects across South Florida. From Class-A office buildings to healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, we pride ourselves on innovation, safety, and quality. We're expanding our West Palm Beach operations and looking for a Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. Description Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day construction activities Coordinate RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders Maintain project documentation, logs, and schedules Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants Support quality control and safety compliance Attend OAC and field coordination meetings Track materials, deliveries, and installation progress Participate in punch list and closeout procedures Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (required) 0-3 years of relevant experience in commercial construction (internships count!)
