Senior Woodworker / Finish Carpenter

This exciting Senior Woodworker / Finish Carpenter position offers the opportunity to build and finish high-end, luxury wood doors, shutters, and millwork in a collaborative, detail-focused environment. From white oak to African mahogany, you'll work on premium custom projects in a shop that's moving into a brand-new 16,000 sqft facilitymaking now the perfect time to get on board! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Woodworker / Finish Carpenter position include: Minimum 7 years of professional woodworking or finish carpentry experience Strong proficiency in operating woodworking machinery and hand tools Ability to read shop drawings and take precise measurements Build and finish custom wood doors, shutters, and millwork Execute precision joinery and apply custom finishes Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Collaborate with team members and help train junior staff when needed Experience with CNC machines and custom spray finishes is a plus Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime (paid at time-and-a-half) Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
