Equipment Build Center Project Engineer

Job Summary:
Working out of our facility in Northern Colorado, you will be responsible for design, engineering and implementation of projects as dictated by our customers with job duties including but not limited to:
- Work closely with planner / scheduler & Fabrication Supervisors to ensure all parts & prints are ready for fabrication.
- Meet with customers to develop solutions to their current and potential problems.
- Train the workforce in specialty fabrication requirements.
- Assist in hiring of local workforce.
- Manage training center
- Ensure safety standards are met, and regular training is administered.
- Manage QC standards and implement improvements where needed.
Required Education and Experience:
- Computer literate
- Ability to drive a forklift
- Ability to utilize AutoCAD and 3D Modeling
Qualifications
- Clean driving record
- Self starter
- Detail oriented
Work Environment:
- 100% shop and manufacturing facility
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Location: Lemoore, CA area
Travel: Up to 50%
The expected base salary range for this role is $105,000 - 130,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
