Job Summary

W e are seeking a Equipment Operator that is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product & Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. This position involves operating and maintaining specialized equipment in the oil and gas field, preparing equipment for operations, and ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards. The Equipment Operator works a 15-days-on / 6-days-off schedule and must be available to travel for training and to support operations at other locations during scheduled workdays.

Job Description

  • Deliver accurate and timely job deliverables.
  • Operate equipment safely and in accordance with job requirements and competency level.
  • Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down operations.
  • Participate in pre-job planning and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition per company standards; report problems or deviations promptly.
  • Assist field and maintenance crews in ensuring equipment readiness.
  • Follow and enforce all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures.
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Maintain up-to-date safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure the safety of individual and crew activities on site.
  • Travel as needed for training and to support other operational locations during the 15-day work period.

S kills Required

  • Must have a valid CDL (Commercial Drivers License)
  • Previous oil and gas field experience is required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
  • Must be able to work a 15-days-on / 6-days-off rotation
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for training or site support

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;

Pay Rate

  • $18 or higher depending on experience
