Project Manager – Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in custom residential construction

• Proven ability to manage complex luxury home projects from pre-construction through closeout

• Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with trades and vendors

• Excellent communication skills with homeowners, architects, and internal teams

• Ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously without compromising quality
