Carpenters & Framers (All Levels: Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman)

Are you a skilled Carpenter looking for a dynamic role in residential construction? We are seeking dedicated and competent individuals at all experience levels from Apprentices to Journeymen and Foremen to join our growing team. We specialize in new construction, building additions, and remodeling existing homes throughout Sonoma and Marin counties.

We are looking for individuals who are:
Highly competent and reliable
Able to read and interpret plans
Capable of scheduling daily work and forecasting projects 1-3+ weeks out (for Foremen)
Hard-working and collaborative team players

Responsibilities will vary based on experience level but may include:
Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications
Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood using hand and power tools
Assembling and installing framing structures, including walls, floors, and roofs
Installing windows, doors, siding, interior and exterior trim, and other fixtures
Inspecting and repairing damaged framing structures
Ensuring all work adheres to building codes and safety regulations
Collaborating with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
Apprentice: Eagerness to learn and develop carpentry skills, strong work ethic.
Journeyman: Proficiency in all carpentry skills, including layout, rough framing, setting windows & doors, interior and exterior trim, setting casework, and finish trim.
Foreman: Proven experience as a Framing Carpenter or lead carpenter , ability to read and interpret plans and specifications , strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication for planning and scheduling.
All levels: Proficiency in using hand and power tools , knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
Possess necessary tools to complete work.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
Clean DMV and ability to pass drug test.
Ability to complete all jobsite related paperwork.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
