Architectural Fit Out Superintendent

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Architectural Fit Out Superintendent in Sparks, NV.

Summary:Responsibilities for this role will primarily include overseeing/managing craft for metal stud framing, mud, tape, sheetrock and paint interior spaces.* Technical knowledge/experience of framing interior spaces

• Knowledge of the International Building Code
• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed resource loaded supplemental schedules in Microsoft project
• Experience managing crafts versus subcontractors
• Experience coordinating with other trades for in-wall rough-in/finishes
• Must have Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and BIM Model navigation experience
