Our Contract Administrators manage contract review and approval workflow and work with approved Siemens signers and customers to complete and fully execute contracts.

As a Contract Handler Administrator, you will:

  • Review Contracts/Purchase Orders, Proposals, or other commitment documents to identify risks that need to be addressed
  • Manage opportunity workflow using Contract Management software after booking
  • Use Contract Review software to scan documents, analyze results, and identify risks in customer agreements for contracts under certain threshold including contract change orders to ensure that the contract documents are following company policy
  • Add addendums for jobs under threshold to assist with and address any issues that would prevent contract execution
  • Interface with Legal, Sales, and management to resolve contract review actions
  • Receive and distribute contracts to and from internal stakeholders and customers for signatures
  • Follow up with customers on contract review status
  • Use Adobe Sign to gather internal signatures
  • Process fully executed contract in Contract Management software
  • Register addendums in the addendum registry
  • When necessary, refer contract disputes to business owners and contract managers
  • May work with contract manager to determine contract terms and conditions that must be changed through addendum or otherwise negotiated
  • If necessary, prepare a contract addendum to identify contract terms that address legal or business risk and communicate the reasons for the addendum to the business owner.
  • Distribute monthly reports to indicate contract review status
  • Be responsible for Master Agreement workflow
  • Be responsible for Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) workflow and document retention
  • Ensure the appropriate Delegation of Authority process is completed and recorded
  • Assist Sales Executives with the completion and approval of the Consequential Damages Waiver (CDW)
  • Perform enrollment and reporting activities of OCIP/CCIP on identified projects, gathering input from project teams.
  • Be responsible for distributing and receiving Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests
  • Request and process Performance Bonds

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 -2 years of administrative experience.

  • 1 -2 years of Contract Processing

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Must be able to demonstrate:

  • Organizational skills

  • Basic knowledge of how to navigate spreadsheets and databases required for data analysis, report generation, presentations, and general correspondence

  • Ability to review contract terms and conditions below a threshold

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

  • This position is a hybrid role, and must be located in the following states: OH, TN PA, MD, VA, KY, TN.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with OCIP/CCIP
  • Experience with Certificats of Insurance
