Plumber Helper - School Project | McLean, VA

Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring Plumber Helpers for a school renovation project in McLean, VA. We're seeking dependable candidates who can support licensed plumbers on-site with prep, cleanup, and general installation assistance.

Work Scope Includes:

• Carrying and staging materials such as pipe, fittings, and fixtures

• Assisting with measurements, layout, and clean-up

• Holding pipe for cutting, sweating, or gluing

• Running the vacuum or removing demo debris from work areas

• Helping prep for torch or Sawzall use (cutting pipe, etc.)

Requirements:

• Basic experience or knowledge of plumbing tasks preferred

• Must have own hand tools, including Sawzall and torch

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and the ability to follow directions

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
