HVAC Technician

Pay rate: $29.00 - $30.50/hr.

Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

HVAC Technician essential tasks:

• Install replacement equipment and parts per manufacturers specifications to honor manufacturers warranties
• Complete HVACR preventive maintenance in accordance with established standards
• Troubleshoot, Analyze and repair HVACR malfunctions in accordance with EPA established standards
• Follow maintenance schedule to complete accurate and timely equipment maintenance and operating logs
• Complete documentation, including but not limited to, timesheets, expense reports, service reports and purchase card logs
• Conduct general tasks including, but not limited to, safety training, group meetings and maintaining tools and vehicle (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with completion of an HVAC Apprenticeship Program.
• Requires 5-10 years of experience working on commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
• Must hold an EPA Universal Refrigeration License (additional licenses/certifications may be required per Service Level Agreement).
• Strong reading comprehension, written communication, and the ability to present information effectively are essential.
• Technical skills should include knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems, basic math, and the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and specification manuals.
