Job Title: Project Coordinator – Telecommunications
Location: Chandler, AZ (Phoenix area)
Pay Rate: $42.00 per hour
Contract Length: 12-month contract
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Model: Hybrid – In-office Tuesday through Thursday; Remote Monday and Friday
Travel: Local travel under 5% (mileage reimbursed)
Expenses Covered: Mileage and cell phone

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the Implementation and Operations team within the Desert Southwest District. This individual will manage key aspects of telecom deployment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and support all phases of project deployment (entry to closeout)
Track and forecast project milestones using project management tools
Coordinate deliverables from internal teams and external vendors
Ensure documentation accuracy, including permits, leases, structural analyses, and regulatory approvals
Support utility coordination, material tracking, and SOV/PO processing
Attend deployment meetings and interact with carrier representatives as needed
Identify and escalate issues impacting timelines or costs
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership
1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
CAPM or PMP preferred
Experience with telecom/wireless project management, construction, or site acquisition is highly desired
Ability to read blueprints and understand construction drawings
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Knowledge of financial tracking, vendor coordination, and compliance documentation
Office-based 95% of the time with occasional travel to project sites (under 5%)
Must be flexible with hybrid work schedule (Tues–Thurs onsite)
Field exposure may include construction zones and environmental conditions
