We re seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure solutions. This role spans cloud (Azure, AWS), on-prem (Windows/Linux), storage, and ERP systems, with a strong focus on architecture, project leadership, and performance optimization.
*This role will require onsite work on a hybrid basis in Houston, TX*
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals
Architect cloud solutions (Azure Functions, API Management, Storage, Data Lake, etc.; AWS a plus)
Manage Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, remote desktop farms, and SaaS (e.g., D365 Finance)
Support enterprise storage systems (SAN, NetApp, cloud storage)
Ensure performance, availability, backup, and disaster recovery compliance
Lead infrastructure projects and serve as escalation for complex technical issues
Evaluate and integrate new technologies; enforce IT architecture standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor s in IS, CS, or equivalent experience
6+ years in IT infrastructure design/support
3+ years leading infrastructure or application projects
Strong Azure/AWS experience and ERP exposure preferred
