Senior Estimator

With a steady backlog of complex and high-value projects, they’re looking for a seasoned Estimator who can take ownership of the full bid cycle and mentor junior staff.

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed estimates for large-scale commercial and institutional projects

• Perform scope reviews and bid-leveling with subcontractors

• Provide strategic input on pricing, risk, logistics, and scheduling

• Review and enhance internal systems, templates, and historical cost databases

• Mentor and train junior and mid-level estimators

Estimator Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in estimating commercial construction projects

• B.S. in Construction Management or related field preferred

• Strong experience with conceptual estimating and design-build environments

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
