Mechanical Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician who is adept at reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders. The ideal candidate is experienced with various power tools including torque wrenches, grinders, welding equipment, drills, and saws. A strong mechanical inclination and a willingness to learn new processes are essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure the finished product meets quality standards.
+ Read and follow Bills of Materials.
+ Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints efficiently.
+ Experience with power tools such as torque wrenches, grinders, welding equipment, drills, and saws.
+ Mechanical inclination and a willingness to learn new processes.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with blueprint reading, measuring tools, and mechanical assembly.
+ Knowledge in electrical assembly and automotive maintenance.
+ Familiarity with manufacturing blueprints and quality control.

Work in a large, clean, and well-lit manufacturing facility that is climate-controlled. Positions are available across three shifts: 1st shift (6am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm), and 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am). A $2 shift differential is offered for the 2nd and 3rd shifts.

This is a Permanent position based out of Charleroi, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47840.00/yr.
They offer 3 different benefit packages for health/dental/vision, match 50% of what you contribute to your 401k up to 8% (they'd match 4), offer 3 food trucks on site Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday for all employees, paid holidays, financial advisor and health coach available.
