We are seeking a hands-on, motivated Distribution Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at our multifaceted 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Fortville, IN. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe operations, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and team leadership. This role offers significant growth opportunities, including the potential to expand supervisory responsibilities beyond warehouse operations as the site continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet performance and safety standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and logistics teams to optimize workflow.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, safety, and service levels.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to strategic planning for the site.
• Exhibits strong attention to detail to identify discrepancies, prevent errors, and uphold operational excellence.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution supervision.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lean warehousing or continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
