Automotive Equipment Operator 2 (Parks, Recreation & Open Spaces)

Minimum Qualifications

Eighth grade. One year of experience operating medium and/or heavy-duty automotive or medium and/or heavy-duty construction equipment such as 10 cubic yard (or larger) dump trucks, bucket trucks, 40-foot flatbed with tractors, backhoes, root pruners, auger trucks, bobcats, forklifts, dozers or similar equipment is required. Must possess a CDL/Class A.

Recruitment Notes

This position is located at Beach Operations. This position performs beach maintenance and cleaning using heavy equipment. The Automotive Equipment Operator 2 operates front end loaders, dozers, dump trucks, Load-n-packs, transport ground crews, and operates heavy and light tractors. The position ensures the beach is clean for our patrons visiting 15 miles of Miami-Dade County beaches.
